Both Member Services and Credit/debit charge departments were very helpful it is Friday January 30th, and I was helped very much! Apologies as I forgot the associates names who assisted me, they were fabulous . Please commend this shift!!
I make sure I come to this location, Janelle is always so fast, friendly & accurate. Even if I’m not near that side of town, I drive over.
Jenelle was very helpful with getting the issue i had fixed.(it wasn't what ARC did it was an outsource they created the problem.) I am very appreciative of what this bank can do for its holders.
