THE ABSOLUTE WORST BANK! The staff came across as rude and dismissive, with little effort to actually help resolve the issue. Everyone that works at this place acts like they are better than everyone else, which makes the experience even worse. There’s a clear lack of accountability and professionalism. Overall, the experience feels dishonest and disrespectful. I would strongly recommend banking somewhere else if you want transparency and basic respect. If I could, I would give half a star.
