ZAC WAS VERY HELPFULL!
Rene was great. He was patient, kind and shook my hand. He inspired trust and met my need for care. Lee Ann also helped in a supportive way with knowledge of business accounts and also showed patience and kindness. This is unlike my first experience with Zach who did not meet these needs.
