I love Citizens Bank of Las Cruces! The staff at the University Branch are always so helpful and friendly. They have great rates for over 50 debit/checking accounts and for CDs and Money Market accounts. They really are a wonderful home town bank!

I have been banking with Citizens Bank for about 15 years. It was the best decision I ever made to switch banks to a local bank. Everyone that I work with, in any capacity and any branch, has been over the top wonderful. I love this bank!
We have done business at two branches, at Lohman and University. Maria helped us at Lohman and Jackie at University. I've been very happy with the service and friendliness they offer. We are moving our account from White Sands Federal Credit Union, which has been a pain to deal with in many ways. I'm hopeful for a good future relationship with Citizens.
The atm is always down for days, sometimes weeks, and more often during the holiday seasons.
