I had trouble with the ATM shutting down mid transaction Julian at the Main St. location was very helpful and friendly. He took care of the problem for me.
Shame shame! This bank should be ashamed of them selfs I went in to deposit money, I also found a check that was donated to me by my friend for the funeral of my husband. I deposited my money than asked to cash this check well rude Clarissa decided to accuse me of fraud and fraudulent check, when she simply could have said check needs to be written again, my friend also banks with citizens, instead of accusing me of fraud, check said at bottom for my husbands funeral, after Tiffany decided to say I’m committing fraud also, I... read more
