I have always had a good experience at Citizens Bank in Medicine Lodge! Recently Haley, Pam and Cassidy helped me through a very difficult situation. They were all very kind, caring and professional! Thank you girls!
After the loss of a loved one, I had business with both banks in Medicine Lodge. Every interaction I had with Citizens Bank was poor. I felt as if our situation, at every turn, was treated dismissively and even disrespectfully. They created more problems for us than solutions in a very difficult time. I have been banking here for over 15 years and I have never had a problem before. The staff has always been very kind and courteous and professional. That is all until today. This is how the bank responds to customers who need help getting their money back after not getting what they paid for and asking them what why are not doing anything when we put in a dispute about a store ripping us off after paying almost $600 for services they then didn’t provide. Do NOT do business with Citizens Bank of Kansas!
