The new (improved???) on line bill pay system is unacceptable. I could list the reasons this system feels more like a downgrade than an upgrade but the main problem is that the amount for every bill is now debited on the day BEFORE the date for which it is set up to be paid. for this reason alone I am considering other options. i have used many other bill pay systems and have never encountered this.
You have held my online banking hostage for over a week while you have upgraded your system. Now, when I go to the website...it's mystery on how to log in.... You could make it a lot easier...
