Jon Maier and the staff at Citizens Bank Lakeville are amazing. I recently had great frustration with the branch manager at the Watkins location of Citizens Bank, changing the rules (or clearly not understanding them!) regarding access to my recently deceased mother's bank accounts. When I walked into the Lakeville branch, I was greeted with professionalism and a great attitude of helpfulness. I love Citizens because they still have the small town bank feel with good product options. I have done numerous refinances and purchases of my investment properties & their rates & fees easily beat the competitors at the time. Also, there is something special when you call or go in for a banking need & you recognize the same faces there to help you! My kids love the Santa Claus event in December!
