The staff are wonderful and amazing but every 6 months or so I drive all the way from Northfield to Lakeville only to be told I can’t access my funds until Monday. I get paid every other Friday like clockwork so this is beyond frustrating. There is no rhyme or reason and all they can tell me is that this one (fill in some random Friday over the past six years) won’t be available until Monday. SMH.

Jon Maier and the staff at Citizens Bank Lakeville are amazing. I recently had great frustration with the branch manager at the Watkins location of Citizens Bank, changing the rules (or clearly not understanding them!) regarding access to my recently deceased mother's bank accounts. When I walked into the Lakeville branch, I was greeted with professionalism and a great attitude of helpfulness.
