Card got declined at Walmart with a full cart, had to leave without any groceries after an hour of shopping. Has happened before.
I have all of my rental mortgages and my personal mortgages through citizens and they treat me very well. I have great relationships with everyone and I think they are a great company.
Terrible customer service at this branch.
Do NOT bank here. It doesn't matter how long you bank here, if you're not well off, they will not help you when you're in a bind. They definitely have the "The rich get rich & the poor get poorer" kind of mentality." Awful experience.
