Unlike other posts, I recd my bonus for opening my account. Customer service was helpful and courteous. Love their mobile app. For other post claiming the bank reopened the account they closed, that’s what happens when you expect the bank to stop a payment that YOU authorize to come out. Your issue is between you and PAYPAL not the bank! Beware of authorizing auto withdrawals!!!! The amount will still come out and you’re on the hook!!!!

Very poor working environment, I was hired as a temporary worker but was treated differently than other workers. Nothing was set up the time I arrived, and I had to ask other employees where the gate was to check in, which took about a week to get the access going. The work setting was dark, and with seasonal allergies, it creates an intense pressure in the eyes. Supervisor was out of line with me on the phone violated the ADA. There are so many better banks in America. I will Never do business with this bank. And I hope Joe Biden gets rid of the majority of overdraft fees. People are struggling to put food on their table.
