The loan officer, John Allen, exudes arrogance and condescension. He lacks a warm and friendly approach, making you feel like he doesn't care about your needs. The branch manager, Chad Sander, is no better. It seems like this is as good as it gets with these individuals. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear. Head to a different bank that offers better care and superior customer service. There is absolutely no sense of culture at this bank.

Scam bank. My money that I have accumulated over decades can't be wired to buy our first house because of "reasons". I had to drip feed my money out into a real bank and close my account. What a waste of time.

Customer service here is no existent. Call customer service on the same matter 15 times and no one can tell me what’s going on

Unlike other posts, I recd my bonus for opening my account. Customer service was helpful and courteous. Love their mobile app. For other post claiming the bank reopened the account they closed, that’s what happens when you expect the bank to stop a payment that YOU authorize to come out. Your issue is between you and PAYPAL not the bank! Beware of authorizing auto withdrawals!!!! The amount will still come out and you’re on the hook!!!!

Very poor working environment, I was hired as a temporary worker but was treated differently than other workers. Nothing was set up the time I arrived, and I had to ask other employees where the gate was to check in, which took about a week to get the access going. The work setting was dark, and with seasonal allergies, it creates an intense pressure in the eyes.
