On Monday 4/7 I visited Citizens Bank to discuss opening a checking account as well as a savings account. My first and primary question was "when will the funds be available" as I made it perfectly clear that I planned on using the new checking account to pay income taxes due 4/15. I was assured by Citizen's Banker that the funds would be available on Thursday 4/10 ... and that they would issue a bank check as a courtesy (because they no longer provide temporary checks) for that specific purpose. Breath of fresh air. The women in the front were very friendly and helpful.
ATM went to a computer scan in the middle of my deposit and kept my card and money. Had to come back four days later to get my card. The employees I dealt with waited four days to put the claim in for my missing funds. The manager was supposed to call me back the day after incident and never did. I had to call them to confirm my card was there at Guilford branch in spite of them claiming they would call me. It has been 7 days since initial incident and I'm still without my funds from attempted deposit and
