This bank will go over and beyond to help their customers. One of the best local banks I’ve seen.
I was very upset with the outcome of the GAP insurance they offer with their loans. I was told GAP would pay off my loan in the case my car was a total loss. GAP only paid $844.00 on my loan and $500.00 of that was payment for deductible. They still offer the same GAP insurance. Their customers should be aware of what will happen. They then gave me a hard time refinancing what was owed saying they couldn't do it without collateral. I will not use them for another loan.
I highly advise to not use Traditions bank! We had fraudulent charges on our account in California and they refuse to reimburse us! That’s just the icing on the cake over the past year they have put my deposits into complete strangers accounts twice, lost my atm deposit once and between the hours of 6-7pm make it impossible to touch your money because the whole system shuts down!!!! That’s nightly! WORST BANk IVE EVER DEALT WITH!
