Banked here over 40 years. Great bank.
Poor service
I absolutely do not recommend this bank. I now see why they have the bad reviews they have. I’ve been banking with this bank for just a short few six months. When I came in to get some statements for my CPA, they tried to charge me for it. I asked for a courtesy and the customer service lady offered to take half off. As I was walking out, I decided to share that I did not believe that was much of a courtesy and she got very snippy.
