I absolutely do not recommend this bank. I now see why they have the bad reviews they have. I’ve been banking with this bank for just a short few six months. When I came in to get some statements for my CPA, they tried to charge me for it. I asked for a courtesy and the customer service lady offered to take half off. As I was walking out, I decided to share that I did not believe that was much of a courtesy and she got very snippy. The slowest bank in the whole city. Be ready to wait an hour in line to do anything. Even right now I’ve been in line 20 mins and not one car of 6 lanes.. has moved.
The Teller's are always friendly to me when I go withdraw money from my account.
