Bad Bank. Stay away. Did a debit card advance, they took my driver's license then got the withdrawal approved. Before they would give me my cash, they demanded my SSN which i guard. Never had to give my SSN at this bank or any other. They told me it was so they could report it to the Fed. I know they must only report $10K or more to the Fed. They voided the transaction but it never went through. I was forced to leave the bank $1000 poorer and nothing to show for it. The branch manager refused to put me in touch with someone ... read more
The worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. My grandmother has held an account at this bank since 1970 and the new employees were rude and disrespectful. Something more detrimental is going on with this bank culture since all the good employees have left. We will move our business elsewhere.
