Idk how many problems I've had since the new app but I will say this; If I link my wells fargo and capital one accounts I should be able to make a transfer to those accounts. Why let me link my accounts but let me transfer to those accounts. I'm pulling cash out and manually doing it myself. There's definitely better banks than citizens bank. Slow processing too. They want to hold your money till last second when my other accounts process almost instantly. Too slow for me and half the app doesn't even work.
