I used to love dealing with this branch and knew everyone there. I could call them directly and speak with a person. Now I know no one there and all calls are routed through the main switchboard in Elizabethton. I ask to be transferred to the Kingsport Train Station branch and am ALWAYS routed into voicemail. Does no one actually answer a phone call at this location? Very disappointing.
Citizens Bank Train Station always delivers professional service along with personal service. Finding places that remember you and call you by name, are hard to find!
Kathy at the downtown Kingsport Bank on Main Street is not only my friend, but MY BANKER. They are all great and very helpful!
