The people here at citizens bank are really nice people. When making account I was told I’d be on a hold but that they’d try to call in to get it waived. After a few days I called to see why I was still on a hold because they never followed up with me and I was told I’d be on a 10 day hold. After 10 days I was expecting to have access to my account but when I checked I did not, so I called the bank again. Only to find out that the bankers failed to tell me it was a 10 business day hold.
