I want to pass along word that I have been very pleased with the personal interactions that I have had with this bank. Specifically, the team in Avon has been quite helpful is assisting me in setting up my accounts for my business. You can tell that they care about how they treat customers. This is something that I value greatly.
I was told to come into this location to handle something with my mortgage. Come to find out all the people that can assist with mortgages work remotely and do not answer there phone. I was told I would receive a phone call from one of them. It's been over a week and no call. I Do not trust trust this bank with money.
I love the new drive-up stations that offer safer deposits and other checking and savings services. Pretty high tech!
Very unprofessional and rude!! Don't recommend banking with them! At least this branch! Much better options!
