Most of the people are wonderful but the Johnny law is the worse loan officer on the planet my son 1st time home buyer 22 years old perfect credit 140k year job 3 years tax returns. Good ol Johnny tried to sell 8 1/2 rate adjustable mortgage..morgage broker 3 points lower fixed rate. But good ole Johnny sells. It's our money. Closing fees are thousands more than anyone else ...DONT DO IT .
