Times are tough for everyone right now. After struggling to make ends meet myself, I was finally able to make a deposit to get back on my feet. Citizens Bank is holding my deposit instead of allowing me to use the funds for the heat and groceries I desperately need. With being a customer for almost a decade, I can honestly say, this corporation has never extended a hand to help me with any issue I've ever had over the years. Unfortunately, this bank is not for the people.
Excellent Service and very informative, kind employees. I don't bank anywhere else because they provide everything I need and treat you like family.
