Can you believe the gall of this company? applied for a HELOC loan. told I could get 200k, then ended up with 102k. Ye old bait and switch. The excuse? My income was too low. I had to give all my financial data to these dishonest people only to be told, what should have been told, on the first phone call. On top of that they wanted me to pay off my credit cards using the line of credit which is none of their business on how I want to use the credit line. And the 5.72 promise went to 6.2.
Friendly and convenience
My daughter used the atm to deposit ALL her money and the ATM ate it with NO confirmation that it was deposited into her account! Mind you Everytime she’s been to this branch she asks to have a teller deposit her money and they direct her to use the atm. She was there at 4:54 and this branch closed at 5, no one was there to even help her! How is this ok?
