I called because I had been charged an insane amount of overdraft fees. These fees were eventually all returned to me, because it WAS a mistake that WAS NOT my fault, however the woman WENDY, who was apparently a manager, started going through my past transactions and PASSED JUDGEMENT on me, deciding which transactions she felt were "not necessary" for someone within my income range, telling me that I was being irresponsible and if I had not bought such and such then I would've had the money to take the charge that caused th... read more
