I have banked with Citizens Bank since I moved to Enterprise 38 years ago and they have always served all my banking needs and have truly been a home town bank. Their customer service is excellent. The only complaint I have at this point is the new banking app. I have used their online banking for years and have loved it but I do not like the new app. It does not give all the information that the other gave and makes me certain that I will still require bank statements in the mail. Ugh!
