Freda been great with accounts
staff is rude. I had to call them multiple times to get my issue resolved. It still hasn't been resolved, by the way.
Freda, Molly, Dee and Elaine are always helpful, and greet me with a smile.
I just want to send a special shout out to the team at the Citizens Bank in Brodhead, Ky. My family, as far back as I can remember has always used this bank and branch to meet their banking needs. A special Thank You to the manager Freda for always being so kind, helpful and knowledgeable to myself and family over the years!
