My mother banked here all my life but the way the Sparta manager lady spoke to me about my mother dying was totally uncalled for and not one of my friends or family will ever bank at this location again
I would give zero stars if I could. Criminals!! This bank is terrible and I have a tale to prove it. I have Progressive ins and it is auto pay on the 2nd. I received an email on the 2nd saying payment received so I thought nothing of it until today. This morning I had 49$ and I put 20 in gas. This afternoon I check my account and I am negative 28$!!!
