BRELLA APP for Transfers - My mother and I have had non stop problems. Continuously calling customer service, having them make sure we have the correct email, change the password at least 4 times. It has been a complete nightmare having to use this app just to do a simple transfer. I really wish Citizen's bank would switch back to their regular EASY way of online website transfers. This seriously makes me want to close my account and give them a -0 Star rating and NOT RECCOMEND them to anyone who is looking for a bank to us... read more
I have moved extensively in my life therefore have had about every major banking institution. This bank, not to be confused with the larger citizens bank, is by far the best bank i have ever or my money into. They call if I have issues, they resolve issues, they always are respectful. I recommend them over any bank I have ever had .
