I had the best experience in opening an account at this Broad street office. Greeted immediately at the door, where a smiling young lady directed me to my scheduled appointment. Lisa Guidace assisted me in setting up both a checking and savings account. Lisa was above and beyond helping me out, explaining every step of the way. This woman knows her stuff and PNC--you are so lucky to have her!!! Don’t expect to do anything with your account at this branch without an appointment, even when there are 3 people sitting behind desks in the lobby area. They also only communicate with one another through IM conversations. PNC in Butler, PA will be my go to from now on.
