It is very difficult to find Citizens Bank web address. I have never had a statement of any kind from them in the 15 months I have had a car loan. However, if I call them, they are courteous and helpful. What is the direct web address?
Citizens Bank is one of the best hometown banks. If I have any issues they take care of it right away.
I've had a car loan with Citizens for 2 years. They are still unable to send an e-bill, or receive an online payment. For two years I have never even seen a statement from them and have no idea if they even receive my payments on time. When I set up a payment from my own bank, they have to mail a paper check to Citizens, which takes 5 days.
