Worst bank ever. Not just this branch but the company as a whole. I’d highly advise to find any other company.
I have been a customer for years. Good service and nice people.
Citizens is a normally a great bank but this branch leaves a lot to be desired. Normally there is 2-3 People standing around gossiping and one person working the counter. I will drive 5 miles out of my way to avoid this branch from now on.
