Jerry was so professional and he has good customer service. I would recommend everybody to meet him the next time you visit this branch.
I was there to with draw some money and the women at the window were very pleasant excellent customer service
Slow as hell
I mostly have had satisfactory experiences at this branch. Yet there's been a change in tellers and the new group do not seem competent. Recently one of the tellers added over $500 to my balance. I had it corrected immediately. I didn't appreciate that. I'm financially challenged and seeing that inflated balance was emotionally jarring. I feel something more than correcting the balance should have been done for that error. Yes ppl make mistakes.
