I called concerned with a unauthorized overdraft fee. Lady on the phone said she couldn’t search me by my social which I always do. Then she saw what I was concerned about and transfered me. Didn’t tell me anything just casually transfered me. Situation still unsolved will be going to Brockton again, Rhode Islanders are so rude.
I came here despite the reviews, because I had an unauthorized charge over draft my account and continue to cause overdraft fees Josiah went above and beyond his job expectation to find a solution to my problem i will keep coming back to citizens and will recommend this branch to other people as well because of his compassion and determination to provide me outstanding customer service Thanks again man
This must be the worst citizens bank in the state. I've been banking with citizens for more then 4 years and never been disappointed until I visited this branch. Stood in a line of 1 (myself) with a teller behind the counter for just under 5 minutes before I walked out stating nice bank you have here. Surely sarcasm. 2 bank employees made eye contact and neither presented any kind of greeting. Disgusted, will never visit Diamond Hill Citizens Branch ever again. Customer Raymond L. Gauthier
Rude people, think and act like there better then everyone else, It really gets under my skin. It makes me very upset because i have worked in customer service for almost 15 years now and when people act like this it makes me wonder why in the hell they wanted to work with people in the first place if you DONT like it so much Then find something where you do not have to deal with others.
