My local bank is closing. I am not surprised.
Consumer Finance Protection Bureaus, PA Dept of Banking and Securities, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency are a good places to start to report this bank. Barry, employee here, wasn't asking how he could me things right. He was more concerned on where I was reporting this bank. There is not a way to professional contest denied disputes with this bank. This is my bank and has been for the last 3 years. The service is exceptional and the staff is always great. Knowledgeable. Greet you with a hello and welcome. After a few visits you're on a first name basis. My only hangup is the hours. It would be great if they were open later at least a couple times per week
