Lisa is the worst. Went in for a deposit key for my business as I am a store manager to allow for night drops.. she says she will inquire and get back to me after I waited for 45 minutes. She never did. I came in 2 weeks later and asked if she ever had looked into key. She said she did but had auditors. Which I don't know what that has to do with me. She then looked confused and disappeared for twenty minutes. After calling someone in their home office for first time and inquiring right in front of me which wasted another 20... read more

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Most times it's not too busy.
I love all the people at the Citizens Bank in Niantic. It is a benefit living in a small coastal town that they get to know who you are as a customer. They always go out of their way to help you resolve any issues you may be having. It is so appreciated ... great job!! Barbara Kydd
