I am NOT allowed access to my money. Because one of their employees entered my contact information incorrectly, I have had to BEG AND PLEAD for access to my money. The worst customer service I havr ever encountered. Do not give these incompetent greedy buffoons one cent of your money.
I just got word that this branch is closing. They had excellent customer service, particularly long time employee Matt. We moved away a few years ago, never thought I would feel sad about a particular branch closing but this one was really great due to its employees.
After calling the Lebanon branch several and getting no answer I decided to call the Hanover branch. The young lady picked up on the first ring and answered all my questions in a friendly and professional manner. Nice to see.
Citizens bank in Hanover NH has been the absolute best. I banked with them for 13 years before moving away to Wisconsin. Through the entire transition- they have been GREAT. Today, I was able to confirm closing on my first house because the folks at the Hanover branch went the extra mile. I can’t say enough about these folks and would highly recommend them. Thank you, Hanover Citizens Bank Team!!!
