After reading everyone’s 5 star reviews I wish we would have had the same experience. My husband went in to the office today for our receipt for our taxes. We escrow them so the payment is sent directly to Citizen’s bank so the only way to get the receipt is from the office. When my husband went in the young man working the drive thru window came over to help him. My husband had our tax bill so the tax ID was on there.
