The waits and transactions take 70% longer then any other branch in the area. The tellers are lost and struggle for both personal & business transactions that are straight forward simple functions.
UPDATE: I had a problem with my account today and went into the branch. The branch manager Laura and the very friendly woman in the corner office Olivia went above and beyond to try and help me. It looks like all new faces in there too. Been with citizens bank for almost 20 years. They do nothing in this branch to help you, it's always you can call the customer service number and talk to them. Other branches are much more helpful. I will try my best not to go to this branch.
The two tellers who wear glasses are very racist towards Black people. I walked in to cash my check on Saturday, 12/21/24. I was polite, very respectful, and chill, but the woman on the left side with glasses was hyperventilating and shaking. She asked the woman on the right for assistance, and she asked me to sign the check on the back. They both scanned my check, and everything was fine. Half of the 1 star reviews don't make much sense... I mean sometimes the ATM is down but other than that I've only had a pleasant experience. I really think people expect far too much from a bank. I believe the bank associates are very friendly and offer terrific customer service! Keep up the great work folks!
