I will be closing out my grandmother’s accounts and further tell anyone I know to never do business with your bank, ever. Amy, one of your bankers at your Shrewsbury, PA location is a liability and if uncorrected will eventually have you facing litigation. She picked up and went through my private paperwork without my permission. When she picked it up I told her she didn’t need that and it was mine, yet she continued to go through my private belongings until she was satisfied.
