I lost my wallet and I called this branch to know if somebody dropped in the bank. I spoke with Jessica, and she was incredibly rude. I had patience and I asked her if I can provide my phone number to call in case somebody return it. She just said no body will bring it here. Unwilling to collaborate she rejected to take mu phone number and dismiss me.
Banker Thomas Harrington was beyond excellent. He was helpful, informative, and extremely patient. Citizens bank is lucky to have him.
