Customer service is not great.
We recently had a small amount of gold and silver missing from a safety deposit box - possible employee involvement .
The drive thru is not open any time I go. I think they just don’t want to get up off their seats to go to the tube to service the people at the drive thru. They have been using that same line for about 6 months now. “ The Tubes Are Down” ! Of course they are because you didn’t turn them on!! They should take the drive thru hours off the front door because They Do Not Exist!! I asked the teller again today why isn’t the drive thru open and she ignored my question! The service at that branch has declined in the past year!
