I have been depositing money in my grandmothers account every month for 4 plus years now. Today I walk in ask to deposit my money into the same account and was told I could only deposit the money if I fill out a paper with my grandmothers personal information. When I questioned it as I have never seen this before I was told I had to fill it out in order to deposit the money even tho I've done this many times before. I closed my personal account and will be advising my family and friends to do the same.
