A local home-town bank I've banked at Citizens Bank for the last 10 years. They have more ATM locations (in every Pic Quik and Albertson's) than any other bank in town. The customer service is always fast and curteous. Rates for accounts are very reasonable. I actually have free checking without a minimum balance.
