I have used this branch both for personal and business needs for years. It is the best branch to use. The staff is very nice and always on point. If you're looking for another bank, this is the branch to use if you are choosing citizens.
Seriously you close all drive through lanes and can't out more than 1 person working the teller lines inside on a Friday no less.
The branch manager and his team are awesome. He took the time to explain everything. Great experience.
Went there this morning 7-5-03 and the new inside teller was rude and racist. Didn't get her name, but she was white with long dark hair. I WILL NOT be back to this location!! This visit doesn't even deserve 1 star!!
Extremely rude act as if they’re going you a favor . I walked in the branch after customer service told me I had to go in and do a dispute when Mrs piggy told me I had to make an appointment proceeded to speak to a manager that act like I was to black to deal with . Shame on all of you I closed my account sad you’re not always treated well being a first responder
