The bank services are good .but I would not recomend keeping your IRA here. They were great untill they changed back from charter one, to Citizens bank. My IRA was making on average , about $800.00 to $1200.00 a month, Then they got new people to manage IRAs. They talked me into moving my money to their Clark management group,in november of 2017. Amazing experience almost all the staff know me by name and are always friendly
So I've had citizens a while back when it was charter one.... and I have had a few problems with them. The most recent a $250 deduction from my acct so I call the night number and they don't have any information so here I am 830am waiting for the bank to open to sort it out. Will make an update.
