Once again can't even trust customer service or the tellers words. Drove over 40mins when told to go to this branch. Go there and one no knew anything.... They had to call customer service and then said "unfortunately this TIME we cant cash your check. You need to have it notarize and then sent in." Luckily we have a notary here to help. (i know 3 within 5 mins of my house in Michigan) but they can send it in for me. Why cant you just cash the check that you issued?!?!?!? This branch is so nice. I was helped by Becky who was more than willing to help me with all of my questions.
Deposited over $1000 in cash the other day. Maybe 300 were in 1 dollar bills, and the lady counts it all by hand, but they literally have a dollar bill counting machine... Mind you, they are getting pretty busy. She ends up with $5 less from what I told her, but I say it's fine. I may have miscounted. Instead they end up not depositing my money at all that day.
