They just don’t care.
Ive been a satisfied business banking customer customer up until now. I asked for a night drop key due to them now locking it and was denied. I told them I need a bank that allows night drops and will be closing all my accounts including personal and line of credit accounts and do business with a bank due to that inconvenience. The teller and assistant manager both didnt care. Based on their attitudes they really didnt care and that is really a turn off.
