My father passed away several months ago and I became his estate representative. This process is quite time extensive, as well as I live in a state without a Citizen's bank. When I came to this bank to collect my father's account, they only refunded about 15% of the charges on his account that accumulated after his death. I should also mention that I made several calls to this bank about his passing. In addition, the other two banks with my father's accounts promptly refunded these same charges.
