I don't know how to express how happy I am with the service I received from this branch. Everything I NEEDED was done effortlessly. My stars go above 5 for the service Mr. Dupont provided for my family. He exceeded the expectations I had and I could not be happier. Thank you ALL ... I think the teller name was Jesse who helped my girls make their first bank deposits. You guys were patient and we are happy we came here. Awesome team Debbie!
Horrible service. Rude. Will be taking my accounts elsewhere, especially after this last encounter with “Debbie.”
I was very disappointed to arrive and no one in sight at this location at 8:59 AM. No service at ATM temporarily out of service. Chase was already serving customers across the street! Citizen's bank has a lot of improving to do. I was late to my appt trying to find this location and had to leave with no service. No tellers there no ATM.
