The absolute worse dealing with frauds. They offered no help. The branch manager wouldn’t even meet with customers that had thousands stolen out of their account
Sarah a manager at the downtown Cleveland branch and is amazing and exceedingly knowledgeable. She deserves accolades. In fact, the entire branch is wonderful.
