The bank as a whole (call the 800 number) are completely backwards. If you get locked out of your account they cannot verify if it is you with a SSN.... They need a phone number and other ridiculous information. This bank is not worth the headache and stress if your account is hacked. I would recommend any other bank to do service with other than this place. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
The most unhelpful. All they know how to do is to direct you to the 888 number. Baaaaaad. Customer service is a foreign word to them.
