Please find another Pelham location! I've been banking here for years and everyone is very helpful and friendly. I'm in at least 1-2 times per week making deposits for my business account, and we also have personal accounts here. I'm so disappointed the branch is closing. I'm not looking forward to having to move my accounts to another local bank.
Went in to cash a check to distribute to the families at need for Christmas and the bank tells me even though it’s in the account they don’t have the cash on hand??? You have the money in the account but you can’t have it ??? Aren’t banks supposed to have funds available??? Poor families have to now figure out how to get the gifts for these families. Citizens definitely doesn’t care the community.
Avoid this bank. Banked there 20+ yrs. With proper documentation, I asked the bank for a paper statement on my late brothers acct and was denied after being told by the same branch "no problem". Save yourself the trouble and find another bank, I will.
I went to this bank today and I remembered why I stopped using this bank because the employees in this bank need a crash course in customer service the woman insinuating that the person in the license was not me.
