Citizens bank worst bank ever.Someone used my card number to make a 1499.00 dollar purchase at the Apple Store.I was over 3 hrs away.The next day they tried using it again at a different Apple Store and citizens deemed it fraud.Called the police to make a report about the 1499.00 got a case number called citizens bank made a claim gave them all the info case # and detectives name.They caught the guy but citizens bank is denying my claim and won’t give me back my 1499.00.They are saying I approved the purchase lol.I clearly d... read more
